Be assured, all agreements and pricing will remain intact, and you will experience no interruption of services. Your portal access and service request process will remain the same, and you will not experience any interruptions. However, as we move forward, we will have new resources and capabilities to continue driving value for you:
- You will be receiving new contracts under the ISB Global Services name.
- As we continue to review and update our services, we expect our current clients to notice additional savings in the near future!

Our entire staff is now part of the ISB family! We will be the headquarters for services in the United States and will remain in Atlanta, GA. Our NAPBS Membership and Accreditation remains intact, assuring you of our commitment to provide FCRA Compliance services. We are excited about what the future holds!
